We want you to be delighted with your Caroline Gardner purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition to qualify.

Package Your Items
Carefully pack your items in their original presentation boxes and place them in a secure mailing bag or box, ensuring you include the completed delivery note.
Label and Post
Generate and print your prepaid return label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest designated post office or collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
